Delete Your Account

You can delete your NowRise account and associated data at any time, either directly in the app or by emailing us. You do not need the app installed to request deletion.

Option 1: Delete in the app

Open NowRise, go to your Profile, tap Delete Account, and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Email support@nowrise.app from the email address associated with your account, with a subject like "Delete my account". We may ask you to verify your identity, and we will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize the personal information associated with it — including your email address, display name, and training activity data stored on our servers — within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations. Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained.

Content you created in the app — affirmations, reflection journal entries, routines, and progress data — is stored on your device, not on NowRise servers. To remove it, delete the app from your device. On iOS, you can also manage NowRise data synced to your personal iCloud account in your device's iCloud settings.
